Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on our products.
Returns are considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The product received is severely damaged, or
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting images or an unboxing video.

Is exchange available?

Yes, exchange is available in eligible cases.

  • Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or higher value
  • Any price difference for a higher-value item must be paid by the customer

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit can be redeemed on future purchases and is non-transferable

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear images or an unboxing video

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit, as applicable.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 working hours of order placement.
Requests made after this period or once the order has been processed cannot be accommodated.

Are handcrafted products eligible for return due to minor variations?

Our products are handcrafted surplus pieces, and slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Finish

are inherent to their artisanal nature and do not qualify as defects.

Who is responsible for shipping costs in case of an exchange?

  • In cases of damage or incorrect delivery, we will manage the exchange process
  • For all other approved exchanges, shipping charges may apply
